     1. 소개                                                                   

         MLA-GOLDS 는 광 및 열 여기에 의한 산화물 또는 금속산화물에 흡착된 표면 산소 분자로부터 발광물질을
        검출하고 스펙트럼을 측정할 수 있다.

      측정원리
        RGB-LED, Near-UV 또는 가열에 의해 유기물 및 무기물의 표면에 흡착된 산소분자를 이용하여 극미약 발광
        물질을 분석하는 독특한 방식의 표면분석장비이다.
